vRoam — Terms of Service

1. Who we are

vRoam is an iOS app (bundle id com.adyl.vRoam) that lets you buy travel eSIM data plans, published on the App Store. It is operated by AntherSystems, a sole proprietorship of Adil Hamidi, 6 rue Marechal Leclerc, B415, 21000 Dijon, France ("we", "us").

By using vRoam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

vRoam lets you browse travel eSIM data plans by country, purchase a plan, and install the resulting eSIM on your device. eSIMs are fulfilled by our provider, eSIM Access, and payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe).

3. Account

You sign in to vRoam using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure — anyone with access to it can access your vRoam account. You must provide accurate information and may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → account deletion in the app.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout.

5. Delivery of eSIMs

Once payment succeeds, your eSIM is provisioned by eSIM Access and made available in the app for installation. Provisioning is not always instantaneous, and delivery times can vary depending on the provider.

An eSIM you install on your device keeps working even if you later delete your vRoam account — account deletion removes your data from our backend, not a profile already installed on your device.

6. Refunds

eSIM data plans are prepaid mobile data services supplied by local mobile network operators and activated on your device. Provisioning delivers the activation credential; the service itself is provided by the operator's network in your destination. Once a plan has been provisioned and activated, it is generally non-refundable. That said:

• If a plan you paid for is never successfully provisioned, you will be refunded in full.
• All other refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact adil.hamidii123@gmail.com and we'll review your situation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the app's security or normal operation
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit eSIM plans purchased through vRoam without our written permission
• Use another person's Apple ID or payment method without authorization

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these terms.

8. Network coverage — disclaimer of warranties

eSIM plans depend on local mobile network operators in each destination country. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, network coverage, signal quality, speed, or uptime in any location — these depend entirely on the local carriers our provider partners with.

The app and eSIM plans are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that coverage will be available at all times or in all locations advertised.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntherSystems and Adil Hamidi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, connectivity, or business, arising from your use of vRoam or any eSIM plan purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to vRoam if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including refund limitations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of vRoam will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
